We are very proud to feature a bench made viola from our own master luthier Dorian Barnes. This 15 5/8" viola is a gorgeous contemporary instrument that boasts fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. The maple back and sides sport a very unique pattern and flame coated in a bright yellow-brown varnish. The viola gives a clean, brilliant sound that carries to the back of the hall in the distinctive viola "sound". This viola is accompanied with a set of Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings which highlight the punchiness and brilliance of the sound.
