Ricardo Flores, Bremerton, WA 2018

This Violin by Ricardo Flores was made in Bremerton, Washington in 2018. It features a gorgeous orange-brown varnish with subtle marks of antiquing around the perimeter. The F-holes are packed tightly to the instruments center and the violin follows a clean well finished look. The back is a nicely flamed one-piece back and shows signs of tremendous expertise. The sound is a clean, bright tone that echoes nicely and leaves a ring in the room. This violin is a clean, nice example of the standard that contemporary violins should be held at and is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
